10.4.19 is crashing with SIGILL on launch under Aarch64 on 13.0-RELEASE. I think this is different than https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=248160 but I could be wrong?

MariaDB 10.5.10 is working as expected.

MariaDB 10.4 is deprecated, switch to later versions.
