Since the last update, it appears that gnome-keyring is using the following path for machine-id :
/var/local/lib/dbus/machine-id
and
/etc/machine-id

On my machine machine-id is located in
/var/lib/dbus/machine-id
Which should be the expected place

Can you try the patch in bug 257977?

Thank you, applying the path bug 257977 fixes the issue with gnome-keyring
