	The man page for mailstats(8) begins with the heading:

          MAILSTATS(1)             ...                MAILSTATS(1)

Fix: 

Edit the heading to display "MAILSTATS(8)".
How-To-Repeat: 
	man 8 mailstats

The new manpage has been imported during the 8.11.4 import.  This PR will 
be closed when 8.11.4 is MFC'ed into RELENG_4 (-STABLE).

sendmail 8.11.4 was been MFC'ed into RELENG_4 (-STABLE).  It includes the 
fixed man page.
