patch

Hi Thierry,

This patch changes MASTER_SITES to source it from the project's GitLab site. This is simpler IMO.

Patch files are renamed and updated:
> 	renamed:    files/patch-src_Make.inc_Makefile.inc.i686__pc__freebsd -> files/patch-Make.inc_Makefile.inc.i686__pc__freebsd
> 	renamed:    files/patch-src_Make.inc_Makefile.inc.x86-64__pc__freebsd -> files/patch-Make.inc_Makefile.inc.x86-64__pc__freebsd

I tested with all options on/off. It also builds in poudriere.

Also I think the port should be moved to the math category. It's description talks about graph partitioning and matrix manipulation, and there's nothing there suggesting CAD relationship.

Thank you,
Yuri

Thanks Yuri. A new release of Scotch, 7.0, is also available.
But the problem is that ATM the port cad/scotch is bundled to french/aster.

I guess that a good solution might be to rename this port as cad/scotch-aster, and to create a new math/scotch port. Obviously, these two ports would conflict, but if that causes a problem, we could try to install cad/scotch-aster in a non-standard directory.
