Ideally I think we should move java/bouncycastle15 to bouncycastle though as it's way beyond 1.5 at this point and "current". The main reason for this port was to support iText (and potentially other libraries that didn't upgrade to newer breaking BC api). If the iText port will be removed, or updated to the newer OpenPDF version, this port will become useless. bouncycastle15 should be renamed to bouncycastle.
