Patch to fix install failure

I'm the maintainer of the port. I've noticed by pkg-fallout@FreeBSD.org that my latest submitted patch has some changes missing from the pkg-plist file which causes installation failure.

Here is the patch to fix it.

Yes, quarterly is affected. But, I only see the 'X' and '?' signs for quarterly. Not the '+' sign.

The issue is that in ports bf5c906570db82bf756cf9b8cba45c49aada9e36 the pkg-plist is not updated when updating from 4.6.0 to 4.6.1.

The quarterly branch is still 4.5.0 so it's not affected.
