@Reporter Could you:

- Include a complete port build log (as an attachment) that includes the failure errors/messages. 

- Provide the output of test fetching the file using fetch(8), curl(8) or wget(8) with verbose output (as an attachment)

Thank you for yours response. Today, downloading works fine. I think the problem was on web site.
