Summary: compat4x should include librsaINTL.so

Description Nick Sayer 2001-03-27 19:30:02 UTC
upon installing compat4x from the tree, old SSL apps failed with
warnings about librsa*. The compat4x libcrypto/libssl should either have
RSA built in or the compat4x dist should add librsaINTL.so*.

ps added the libcrypto compat lib. While I'm here, I think this should
have been added under secure/lib/compat, because as it stands people who
may not be legally allowed to use crypto have no way to avoid it.
