Mark deprecated and broken with Python 3.9

It is broken with Python 3.9.

Is there any indication upstream that being broken with any particular version (3.9 in this case) is going to imply deprecation of the software?

The port declares: python:3.6-3.8 implying no (current) support for anything > 3.8

When the ports tree will switch to Python-3.9, as asked in PR 261703 and as many Linux distributions already did, it will get BROKEN with the default Python. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/meliae/+bug/1899379 . This bug was reported on 2020-10-11, but no action has been taken.

Besides, Meliae seems no longer maintained: see https://bugs.launchpad.net/meliae/+bug/1498436 .
