xMach (www.xMach.org) could possibly be added to the BSD Family Tree, its origins are Mach4 and BSD LiteS (which is from 4.4BSD as well as CMU UX)

The BSD Family Tree is wosch's baby. Big changes like adding a new 
subtree should be done by him.

I discussed this with the originator and he's going to open a new PR 
when xMach makes it first release, because without a release date it 
doesn't fix in the BSD Family Tree.  Apologies to wosch for closing 
his PR.
