Add fluxbox-tenr-styles-pack to RUN_DEPENDS

Found a solution for a side issue discussed at

https://github.com/lumina-desktop/lumina/issues/789

The default Lumina window theme doesn't load initially because the files are not installed by x11-wm/fluxbox.  The patch attached fixes the issue.
