Patch against /usr/ports

Tomcat committer here. Patch attached.

* Poudriere passes, tomcat85 properly starts with APR/OpenSSL.
* Ran "ant test" with 8.5.x, 9.0.x, 10.0.x from Git repo
* Removed patches, FreeBSD 11.x is EOL
* Works with OpenSSL 1.1.1n from base.

FYI: LibreSSL support seems to be broken at the moment: https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=64862#c1
