           ex/vi: Error: tcsetattr: Interrupted system call

Fix: 

left to vi maintainers
How-To-Repeat: 
           open vi in a 24x80 xterm with e following lines.
           (strip the blanks to end of line :%s/ *$//)
           and then resice the xterm in height aup and down
           and maybe in width also. Soon you get the above error and vi exits
           No way to revover the contents.
