For the "source tree" (singular), I assumed /src/

As an example: names include Gordon Bergling, who, according to the three lists below, has a commit bit for /doc/ but not for /src/

    * Improve abstract
    * Clarify that source tree make reference to all
      FreeBSD source trees (src, ports and doc)
    * Add a link to the current members of the Core Team
