Depending on who handles it, it could be as easy as copying https://www.freebsd.org/administration/#t-subversion with a few changes.

Who handles the Git Repository Administrator(s) e-mail? If they have their own e-mail address, could you please list it?

Usually the git folks answer specific requests when a bug is filed
here against Product = Services and Component = Git Integration. I don't
think there's a specific email address that is used for this, though
discussions for things that aren't simple requests often happen on git@freebsd.org.

according to freefall:/etc/aliases:

git-admin:      uqs, bapt, lwhsu, emaste, imp

So I think those users should be listed.
