In order to limit the number of changes in that paragraph, I would stick with "The OPIE prompt provides...". As a complete newbie, spending a fair amount of time reading handbooks, I do appreciate the "relaxed" writing style in the FreeBSD handbook. True, if you use it merely as a reference book, such sentences have low or no value. Fixed, thanks for the report.
