sniproxy doesnt autostart in my jail even with sniproxy_enable=YES in rc.conf.

I believe this is due to missing "PROVIDE" in the rc.d/sniproxy script.

Adding this line to the /usr/local/etc/rc.d/sniproxy file fixes it:
# PROVIDE: sniproxy
