For example:

2. under Resources, click Single HTML

Expected: 

3. under Resources, the Split HTML option

Actual result: 

3. under Resources, Single HTML (what's already on screen) but 
   no Split HTML option.

I can't tell when, but it seems that the bug was fixed some time between 2023-01-27 and 2023-03-28. 

Compare the list of resources in these two captures:

In the earlier capture, there was the actual result that was described in comment 0.
