The file src/usr.bin/calendar/calendars/hr_HR.ISO_8859-2/calendar.praznici
appears to contain incomplete/wrong data about holidays in Croatia.
Here's a patch.

changing the ISO_ nomenclature.  The attached should fix the appropriate
renamed file.

Actually, two additional changes need to be done, our parliament shuffled
stuff again :/

After this patch is applied, one should also replace the one currently at
05/30 with 06/25, and the new one on 05/30 is called "Tjelovo". There's also
a new one at 10/08 and it's called "Dan neovisnosti".
