Is 266978 a hard dependency? 

Whilst I agree with the need to brainstorm, IMHO FreshPorts is a special case.

I vaguely recall someone discussing this, but not here in the report.

Amongst the benefits of a readily-available FreshPorts URL: 

* the reader of a report in Bugzilla is just two clicks away from 
  _easily_ finding other reports for the same port.
