The 4.7.0 tarball is missing the 4.3.0_to_4.7.0_schema.*.sql files

The SQL schema update is required else new version will not work.

I noticed upstream via IRC, they will roll a new 4.7.1 release includeing this files.

Until now Uses can fetch the missing files from github 
https://github.com/PowerDNS/pdns/tree/master/modules/<module>/4.3.0_to_4.7.0_...sql
