After installing www/gallery2 (ports at main-n599293-ede8279aabda), the package message states:

Before using Gallery 2, you will need to configure your database.
Full instructions are available here:

  http://codex.gallery2.org/Category:Gallery_2:Installation
....

But that site does not actually exist:

codex.gallery2.org is an alias for comingsoon.namebright.com.
comingsoon.namebright.com is an alias for cdl-lb-1356093980.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com.
cdl-lb-1356093980.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com has address 52.202.227.125
cdl-lb-1356093980.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com has address 18.232.18.135

and attempting to access it via (e.g.) lynx yields:
