doc/ru_RU.KOI8-R/articles/Makefile.inc tagged its install directory as ${DOCDIR}/en_US.ISO_8859-1/articles/ whot is copletely wrong. Those 'make release' target produse wrong charset format for /usr/share/doc/en_US.ISO_8859-1/articles/freebsd-questions/ (FreeBSD 4.3-RELEASE as an example) How-To-Repeat: make all install FORMATS='html html-split txt' INSTALL_COMPRESSED=''
