As far as I know, Bugzilla remains the norm for updates to a port. Please see the linked handbook, and, more generally: FreeBSD workflow working group <https://gitlab.com/bsdimp/freebsd-workflow> (There's more flexibility around the documentation tree than the ports tree.) I can't sign in to GitHub at the moment, so I can't tell what, if anything, is missing from what you created there. Hint ==== Appending .diff to the tail of the URL of the PR gives us: <https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/pull/137.diff> -- there's a redirect to produce a diff: <https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/freebsd/freebsd-ports/pull/137.diff> Github invite sent, but as you know by now GH is a read-only mirror and you need to push changes into our own repo. |
