sendmail and newaliases use the file located at /etc/mail/aliases,
/etc/aliases can be removed.

Fix: 

remove /etc/aliases in the distribution

I don't see a /usr/src/etc/aliases on -current or 
releng_4. Can you give more detail as to where you're 
seeing this and why it's a problem?
