Description Wolfram Schneider freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2023-02-17 18:44:07 UTC
The mail archive for the second week in Jan 2023 (2023-01-16) is empty. All mailing lists have a zero size, e.g.

http://bit0.nyi.freebsd.org/mailarchive/2023/freebsd-bugs/

find /home/mail/archive/ -name '20230116.*' | wc -l
     189

I was able to recover emails from

Wed Jan 11 07:14:48 2023

to

Sun Jan 15 09:00:15 2023

However, I could not recover emails from 09:00 to 21:00 UTC.

See
https://people.freebsd.org/~wosch/tmp/mailarchive/20230116-lost-emails.tgz

Does anybody have a complete archive or this week, or can recover the missing emails?

My Thunderbird for the period is probably complete for developers@ (pictured) although if I understand correctly, you'll not need this.

Maybe also complete for some (not all) other lists.

If an email is from Bugzilla, I typically delete after reading, but I can't remember when I last emptied the bin, so I could probably recreate completeness for some lists – if no-one offers a better alternative.

all are here: https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/freebsd-bugs/2023-January/date.html
for each email if you replace html with txt you get the raw email.
