Upgrade port to 1.2.9.4.
Adjust for new PostgreSQL port layout.
Fix for check_procs, submitted by Anton Voronin <anton@urc.ac.ru>.
Remove createuser script, we don't need netsaint user anymore
(all files now owned by root).
Change maintainer email.
