Updates this abandoned port to a usable version (0.3.3 pre22) that:

- works with a lot more phones
- has many more features
- has a nice (optional) GUI

(Unfortunately, I haven't got data calls working yet.)

Changed MAINTAINER to self, with approval from current maintainer (Staffan
Ulfberg).

These patches adds:

scripts/creategroup

They remove:

files/patch-aa
files/patch-ab
files/patch-ac
scripts/post-extract
