ftp2.nl.FreeBSD.org (as listed in https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/mirrors/) is pointing to IP 94.75.223.121 (dist-mirror.ams1.nl.leaseweb.net) which is a server that will be decommissioned soon.

We have another mirror in Amsterdam which can be used instead for the domain:
- https://mirror.ams1.nl.leaseweb.net/pub/FreeBSD/
- IPv4 5.79.108.33
- IPv6 2001:1af8:4700:b210::33

Can you please update the DNS entry for ftp2.nl.FreeBSD.org to point to this other mirror?

We have setup some temporary redirections to it already, but in the end we want to unassign the 94.75.223.121 IP

It is fine but then it would be preferable to point to mirror.nl.leaseweb.net
(which itself is a CNAME to mirror.ams1.nl.leaseweb.net) to not require a change on your side in case of a datacenter change (quite unlikely here but still).

ftp2.nl.freebsd.org is an alias for mirror.nl.leaseweb.net.
mirror.nl.leaseweb.net is an alias for mirror.ams1.nl.leaseweb.net.
mirror.ams1.nl.leaseweb.net has address 5.79.108.33
mirror.ams1.nl.leaseweb.net has IPv6 address 2001:1af8:4700:b210::33
