I was told various electron ports are blacklisted on builders because they take way too many hours to complete.

There is a scheduler bug which is the likely culprit and it is fixed with this: https://people.freebsd.org/~mjg/ule_pickshort.diff

Thus the test would be un-blacklist said ports and do a full bulk build, then check their times.

for electron ports, it's not just a problem of timeout,  it's also a problem of disk/memory usage.
