Not found.

The address is used at various pages, none of which are (at a glance) Japanese.

From an early capture in the Wayback Machine, I wonder whether it was used solely for spam.

Amongst the matches, under <https://www.freebsd.org/status/report-2003-10-2003-12.html#ACPI>:

> ACPI-JP Mailing List	URL: http://home.jp.FreeBSD.org/mail-list/acpi-jp/

I guess that it began OK but died with spam. Found amongst the litter (but not captured):

All of my results when searching for the URL come up with security advisories exclusively. Since we can not change those that easily and we have no other instances in other docs, I'm closing this PR.
