The port ETHOberonV4 has a skelleton but the archive isn't available
anymore. It's not there (anymore) at the MASTER_SITES=
ftp://mirror.seicom.net/pub/mirror/FreeBSD/distfiles/ and 
ftp://ftp.inf.ethz.ch/pub/Oberon/OberonV4/Linux/latest/ but also not at
canonical location at ftp.FreeBSD.org.

Fix: 

It's surprisingly downloadable from
http://statlab.uni-heidelberg.de/mirrors/ftp.inf.ethz.ch/Oberon/OberonV4/Linux/latest/.
The ftp command line access is
ftp.statlab.uni-heidelberg.de/pub/mirrors/ftp.inf.ethz.ch/Oberon/OberonV4/Linux/latest/ETHLinuxOberon.tgz.
