Description Alexander Rüter 2023-08-01 11:25:36 UTC
Hi,

I installed the update from 23.1.11_1 to 23.7 (opnsense 13.1 to 13.2) on one of our firewalls yesterday and had problems with the broadcom P225P network card driver.

The problem only occurs when vlans are assigned, normal operation without vlans is no problem.

bnxt0: HWRM_CFA_L2_FILTER_ALLOC command returned INVALID_Params error

I couldn't get it to work so I had to roll back.

Note this is 13.2-RELEASE and not 13.2-STABLE.

Seems to be. No upstream patch yet?

Cheers,
Franco

Nope that I´m aware. it was floated but never made it.
Also, not sure if the patch is correct. i know it works and didn't see any issues, but somebody should check that.
