and a tar.bz2 is also available at https://gitlab.com/scilab/scilab/-/archive/6.1.1/scilab-6.1.1.tar.bz2.

I do not include a patch, because maybe you'll want to upgrade it to a newer version: Scilab 2023.1.0 tarballs are available from <https://gitlab.com/scilab/scilab/-/releases>.

The static release tarball (preferred over cgit, and gitlab as it's not generated on the fly) appears to be located here: https://www.scilab.org/download/6.1.1/scilab-6.1.1-src.tar.gz
