The FreeBSD repositories refused to allow connections proxied through apt-cacher-ng to download sending them HTTP 403. This occurs even when I've configured apt-cacher-ng with a User-Agent override.

Confirmed through packet trace of the caching server and coordination with FreeBSD's cluster team the origin of the 403 error is apt-cacher-ng. Upstream FreeBSD repositories are responding with HTTP code 206.
