When viewing the HTML rendering of "eresources", somewhere around the line beginning "Appendix C. Resources on the Internet" is a markup error.

The entire text of the document past that point is rendered as one continuous line in the HTML rendering, making it difficult to review.

I don't see anything in section C or can't reproduce what you're describing. Maybe that was fixed a while ago or only some  rendering error at the time. I think it is safe to close this PR.
