LGTM. Installed fine and I tested that the huge upstream refactoring didn't change  the metrics names (not even the order).

Update port to 0.2.0 and set PORTEPOCH

This version of the patch also sets PORTEPOCH to use the new release naming, and switches MASTER_SITES to pypi.

    net-mgmt/py-gstat_exporter: update to latest

    The author has just adopted a new release numbering scheme.  The new
    release is "v0.2.0".  Update PORTEPOCH accordingly.  Also, switch
    MASTER_SITES from github to pypi.
