/usr/ports/math/numpy contains only README.html, no other files. Make readmes produces error:

===> math
===>  Creating README.html
make: don't know how to make package-name. Stop
make: no target to make.

/usr/ports/math contains 'README.html.tmp' which ends with '<a href="numpy/README.html"></a>:'

Fix: 

fix cvsup of /usr/ports/math/numpy ?

make readmes

I broke math/Makefile, I fixed it..
