Another option, is to install net/hostapd. It contains all the fixes that have been MFCed to stable/13 + one pending fix that will be MFCed in a month. This will help isolate the problem if updating to the latest stable/13 cannot be performed for one reason or another.

Remove wireless again for the top-level meta-bug.
For most there should be an intermediate level driver or otherwise and sending 3 emails (2 for meta-bugs) to the mailing list is just generating a lot of noise).

I agree that the net80221 bits should probably be categorized by themselves and I'll happily do that.

If you are interested in all of them please add yourself but not the list.
