Ocaml-ssl provides %%OCAML_SITELIBDIR%%/stublibs/dllssl_stubs.so instead of what I believe ought to be OCAML_LIBDIR/stublibs. As the former directory isn't added to the default ld.conf of OCaml, the package is currently unusable as-is.

Patch to install ssl stublib in /usr/local/lib/ocaml/site-lib/ssl, to strip it, and to add the directory to /usr/local/lib/ocaml/ld.conf.
