*** Bug 278685 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Combing this PR with bug #278685, I guess you have incorrect/incomplete MAKE_ENV. There is nothing wrong with this port (shells/bash-completion). I cannot reproduce this error. And this port builds fine on our packaging building cluster.
