Port rewritten and committed. Please use portlint to check your port
before submitting. Also:
- use a regex to ensure the interpreter path is correct in Perl apps
- use INSTALL_* instead of CP
- only install relevant documentation
- when using NOPORTDOCS, use %%PORTDOCS%% in the plist
- configuration files should be installed with the suffix '.sample'
- variable values should start on the same line and only split when a line is
too long
- Perl modules should be installed under lib/perl5/...

Thanks for your submission, Sitescooper is an extremely useful addition.
