[PATCH] cad/abc: update g20220920 → 1.01.g20241106

Please edit the patch so that it uses the full git hash for GH_TAGNAME.
Instead of the TEST option, check if you can use cmake:testing and add ABC_SKIP_TESTS to CMAKE_ON and CMAKE_TESTING_OFF. googletest then becomes a TEST_DEPENDS.
If you address these issues, I can likely commit your patch.
