Update the cclient & imap-uw ports:

* Newer snapshot: 0106191041 (cclient & imap-uw).
* Add installing a portrevision.h to be able to track versions and features
between cclient and imap-uw (cclient).
* Add testing for corresponding SSL support and portversion (imap-uw).
* Add some options for IMAP4 and special tweaks for Netscape/Microsoft MUAs.
(imap-uw).
* Change security warning to a more general message w/warning and TCP Wrappers
recommendation (imap-uw). The buffer overflow is fixed long time ago. If you
need more info on the security status of imap-uw, let me know (and I'll send
over some info).
* Add option for installing the rest of the imaputils: WITH_ALL_IMAPUTILS
(imap-uw).

These patches adds files pkg-req.rev and pkg-req.ssl (imap-uw).

It would be nice if DougB@FreeBSD.org (current Pine maintainer) could give
feedback on this PR before it gets commited.
