Update from 1.21.3 to 1.21.4

Hello,

This patch updates games/minecraft-server to 1.21.4

Full changelog available on official website https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-java-edition-1-21-4

It works fine on 14.2-RELEASE amd64.
