	I've now got some patches up which let people build JDK 1.3.1.
	This is a developer only release, but I thought it might be worth
	announcing it.

Fix: Please commit the following.  Note that I've put the date of the
	entry as the date the patches were released rather than the date
	I submitted this.  I'm not sure what the convention is for these
	pages, so please change it if necessary.
