The "install" chapter refers to "install.bat" and "makeflp.bat" files
without saying where they may be found.  I suppose they were once on
the install CD, but they are not on my 4.3-RELEASE and so I further
suppose that they were removed on purpose and the handbook needs
updating.

Fix: 

Probably, further research should be done to determine whether the
files are SHOULD be on the CD before changing the handbook.

docs/29518 is identical to docs/29515.  I can't imagine how I did it
(more than an hour apart).  Oh, well.

Please let me know if I didn't get this followup thing correct on this 
my first try.
