For the "Classes" field, the web site's PR form offers
"sw-bug doc-bug change-request wish" while "send-pr -P" offers
"sw-bug doc-bug change-request update maintainer-update".

They probably should agree.  I don't know which should be changed.

I think this is because using the web form to submit diffs is discouraged. 
It doesn't do well with tabs, and somebody that can generate a diff can 
probably use send-pr(1).  Esp. if he's a maintainer. 

For similar reasons (I think), send-pr(1) doesn't list the 'wish' category.
