In manpages, the DIAGNOSTICS section of some commands
  which have other name(s) are as follows,

--- basename.1 ---
    :
.Sh DIAGNOSTICS
.Ex -std basename dirname
    :
---

But compress.1, hexdump.1 and rtsold,8 have only ".Ex -std" line.
I think these manpages should be updated.
