Description Jim Mundy 2001-09-24 17:20:01 UTC
I loaded 4.4 onto my 4.3 box using sysinstall when i tried to boot 4.4 it stopped at mounting ufs /dev/ad0*
and just sat there i killed power and tried to boot again this time i complained that the file system was not properly
unmounted it fixes this and then gives me an error microuptime() went backwards
I then booted to kernel.prev (4.3) things are fine. So started over fdisked the box
installed 4.4 same thing fdisk the box loaded 4.3 and life in good again
reading thru old stuff i see there was a microuptime() went backwards in 4.2 and they say something
about APM

How-To-Repeat: load 4.4 on my AMD K7 350 machine
